Keysli collects minimal information. We never sell your data. Reviews are displayed publicly with your name shown as initials only.

When you submit a review, we collect:
- Your name (displayed publicly as initials only, e.g. "J.M.")
- Your email address (used to verify your review and for account access — never displayed publicly)
- Your review text and star rating
- The address you reviewed
- Categories you selected
- Timestamp of submission
2. Automatically Collected Data
Like most websites, we automatically collect:
- IP address (used for abuse prevention only)
- Browser type and device type
- Pages visited and time spent on site
3. How We Use Your Data
- To verify review submissions and prevent spam
- To allow you to log in and manage your reviews
- To notify you of new reviews at addresses you opted into
- To improve platform quality and detect abuse
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Email Communications
We send transactional emails only — review confirmation, login links, and optional notifications you opted into. You can opt out of notifications at any time by contacting us at team@keysli.com.
5. Data Retention
Reviews are retained as long as the platform is active. You may request deletion of your reviews and account data at any time by contacting team@keysli.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
Keysli uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic — AI-powered review moderation and summarization
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
